Cheers and laughter bid farewell to the old year, while lights and decorations welcome the New Year. On January 13, 2017, all employees of Zhongwei Xing WeiXing Co., Ltd. gathered together in the company’s staff activity room for the 2016 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony. Over 100 people attended the event, including senior company leaders and distinguished guests.

The recently concluded year 2016 was a year in which our company "sought growth, promoted science, and pursued employee welfare." Facing a complex, ever-changing, and fiercely competitive market environment, all employees, led by Chairman Mr. Zhu Mingwei, pressed forward with determination, tackled challenges head-on, and achieved solid business results that laid a robust foundation for the company's steady development.

At the meeting, Chairman Mr. Zhu Mingwei delivered an important speech, thoroughly reviewing and summarizing the work of WeiXing Co., Ltd. (Zhongwei Xing) over the past year since 2016, and comprehensively outlining the company’s key goals and strategic direction for 2017. Mr. Zhu emphasized that, thanks to the dedicated efforts, pragmatic approach, and unwavering commitment of all departments in 2016, the company has consistently maintained strong momentum for growth, achieving a series of new accomplishments and accolades. As a result, the company’s overall strength has been significantly enhanced, earning widespread attention and recognition, with its various honors shining brightly and inspiring pride.

Mr. Li Sheng, General Manager of the Production Department and Chairman of Weixing Union, announced the establishment of the Weixing Limited Company Union Committee. To inspire excellence, Mr. Li Sheng, who also serves as both the General Manager of the Production Department and the Union Chairman, presented awards to outstanding team leaders and exemplary employees who have demonstrated exceptional performance over the past year. The atmosphere throughout the event was vibrant, with sustained applause filling the room.

At the end of the conference, the long-awaited lottery draw officially began. The lottery lasted for about an hour.
