The Q1 2025 summary meeting concluded successfully.


On the afternoon of April 3, 2025, Zhang Zhixiang chaired the first-quarter departmental summary meeting. Members from the Marketing Center and the After-Sales Operations Department first presented an analysis of this quarter's performance, revenue collection, project bidding activities, and bid losses, followed by the announcement of the key project follow-up plan for the second quarter.

After listening to the report, Chairman Zhu Mingwei pointed out that current performance is less than ideal, and business staff need to enhance their capabilities while approaching the situation with greater enthusiasm and improved public relations skills. He emphasized that heads of all departments must delve deeper into the root causes of the issues and address the challenges effectively and precisely.

Next, heads of other departments successively reported on the implementation status of the OGSM plan.

Zheng Xueming, Head of the Marketing Center, presented a report on business, operations, procurement, and the implementation status of the ERP system, and also outlined the business improvement measures to be implemented in the second quarter.


Moo Chi-feng, head of the Manufacturing Center, reported on the progress made by the Technology Department, Production, and Quality Control Department in the first quarter, and outlined improvement measures for the second quarter.

Zhang Zhixiang, head of the Human Resources and Administration Center, summarized the tasks completed in the first quarter and outlined the work plan for the second quarter.


Zheng Chan, head of the Financial Audit Department, provided a detailed explanation regarding the company's financial status, including income and expenses, as well as inventory assets.


Chairman Zhu Mingwei expressed his expectations for all departments, particularly urging the Marketing Center and the After-Sales Operations Department to deliver even stronger performance in the second quarter. He also looks forward to significant advancements in the Production Technology sector, emphasizing the need to leverage cutting-edge technologies to reduce costs and boost efficiency—specifically highlighting improvement suggestions for secondary wiring and copper busbar processing.
